Reward Redemption Requirements

You must have completed the entire event participation requirements to receive any offered reward.


Please hold on to your event wristband until after you receive any offered reward for that event. Tickets related to rewards must be submitted within (5) business days of participation for assistance. 


If you feel there is an error with your reward or haven’t received your reward within (2) business days of participation, please take the following troubleshooting steps before submitting a ticket:


  • If you can't locate your reward, check any SPAM/JUNK folders first for emails from Preview Free Movies
  • To verify your reward offer, if any, please consult the original invitation you used to confirm. Note: Not all events offer a reward.
