I Can't Find My Reward

Rewards are typically delivered within (3) business days (this excludes weekends and holidays) of participation. Rewards are sent to the email used to confirm only. 


If it's been more than (3) business days please take the following steps before submitting a ticket:


  1. Confirm the email address you are checking is the same as the email you used to register.
  2. Search your inbox, including any SPAM or JUNK folders, for an email from "Preview Free Movies" and "Tango Card".
  3. If you participated as part of a family event, please check with the member of your party who registered.


If after taking these steps you're still unable to locate your reward, please submit a ticket for further assistance. 

Including a clear image of your wristband color and serial number.  


Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any claim for missing rewards without proper proof of attendance.

 

Note: Any attempt to claim or assist others in claiming rewards fraudulently, will immediately nullify any pending reward claims AND future event eligibility for all PFM events, in-person or online.
