What do I do if I confirmed but never received my email confirmation?

Please check your junk mail folder to ensure that your confirmation was not sent there by accident. You can also log into your Preview Free Movies account and under “My Screenings” to resend your confirmation.


Please also ensure that you've followed all required confirmation steps to participate. For online events, that includes either a self or staff guided tech check. If you completed the confirmation form but not your tech check, you likely are not confirmed and should reach out for further assistance.
